In the context of Rule 4 of the Bihar Special Teachers Rules-2023, the counselling work of the successful teacher candidates in the Local Body Teachers Competency Test (3rd) and Local Body Teachers Competency Test (4th) will be conducted from 06.02.2026 to 11.02.2026 at DRCC-District Registration and Counselling Centre, Darbhanga (Near Government Polytechnic College, Qadirabad Bus Stand, Darbhanga).

Counselling will start from 09.00 AM and it will be done in the following 5 time slots
